Maximum dough capacity 19.2 kg/cycle.
AISI 304 stainless steel bowl, IP protection degree for the entire machine, built in sturdy cast iron and sheet metal, transparent copolyester bowl protection, CE certification from an independent laboratory, bowl 2 whisks and stainless steel hook, dishwasher safe, reliable and maintenance-free asynchronous motor.
