Maximum dough capacity 4.8 kg/cycle.
AISI 304 stainless steel bowl, IP protection rating for the entire machine, built in sturdy cast iron and sheet metal, transparent copolyester bowl protection, CE certification from an independent laboratory, bowl with 2 whisks and a dishwasher-safe stainless steel hook included, reliable and maintenance-free asynchronous motor.
