The digital display allows constant review of the working temperature, the remaining time, and the programme set.
5 different "AUTO" work programmes to suit every type of use.
1 "EVO" programme for advanced users that allows customization of cycle duration, temperature and fan speed.
1 "DELAY" programme to set the delayed start of cycle.
Safety button ON/OFF for energy saving.
Maintenance cycle at the end of the work programmes to conserve the dried product until the moment when the operator removes it from the machine.
Standard voltage and frequency: 220-240V/50-60 Hz (other voltages available on request).
Technical characteristics: Frame in painted steel and nylon.
Six drawers for drying in stainless steel.
Total surface area for drying: 5,500cm2 - 6 trays measuring 360x245mm pitch of 35mm.
